Horizontal balancing machines with manually unbalance correction
Horizontal balancing machines with integrated correction from TIRA GmbH offer precise balancing up to 0.01 gmm for a wide range of rotors on up to 4 levels and corresponding correction. The unbalance correction process can be customized between various processes such as welding, drilling, riveting or milling. Depending on the degree of automation, unbalance correction can be carried out semi-automatically or fully automatically.
For fully automated balancing machines, cycle time is the top priority. Therefore, TIRA automatic balancing machines offer different variants for cycle time optimization. For example, optional robot loading or the optional self-setting procedure for minimum set-up times are possible.
To ensure the highest possible accuracy and process reliability even with semi-automatic unbalance correction, TIRA industrial balancing machines offer electronic aids such as automatic turning-in, holding brakes or computer-aided correction and setup aids.
In order to optimally meet all requirements, each horizontal balancing machine can be individually assembled. Depending on the application, the drive type, drive power, transducer, protective housing and software packages can be freely selected. The in-house unbalance measuring software TIRA X9000 WIN offers a conclusive overall concept, which is adapted to the respective customer requirements and can be integrated into the customer network if necessary.
Our sales engineers will be pleased to inform you personally about further possibilities and details for questions, planning and projecting of your individual balancing system.
