TELESERVICE/ REMOTE MAINTENANCE
It is an important part of our service to give strong support to our customers - already on the phone - in case of questions and problems. Please have the following data ready for the phone support:
- Machine designation
- Serial number
- Order number
Our remote maintenance system offers the possibility to access the Material Testing Machine as quickly as possible in order to analyse and eliminate errors. Please ask our service department for more detailed information.
ON-SITE SERVICE
It is reassuring to know that you can rely on competent and immediate support in case of problems, isn’t it? For this reason, our service team with well-trained service technicians for worldwide service activities is available to you.
Our on-site services include among other things:
- Commissioning
- Professional maintenance
- Quick repair
- Machine inspections in accordance with various test procedures
- Introduction / Training
- Consultation and support of our customers (e. g. with regard to the introduction of new products)
- DAkkS calibration according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE CONTRACTS
Since material testing machines are in a sense "measuring devices", they must be maintained and checked at regular intervals. A maintenance contract with fixed intervals has the advantage for our customers that maintenance is automatically planned by us and carried out by appointment. Please ask our service team.
TRAINING
The training and support of your employees is an important step for an effective and successful production of various materials. For this reason, we offer our customers training courses in a wide variety of variations. Whether application trainings or trainings especially for our testing software TIRAsoft - we support you on site or welcome you in our premises in Schalkau. Please ask our service team for further information!
