This process takes place within a fully enclosed safety housing, ensuring the highest level of operator safety during the balancing operation.
The focus on precision and safety continues during the setup process: The K125B impresses with digital support and intuitive operation. Integrated measuring systems capture all relevant positions and store them component-specifically in the proprietary TIRA balancing software. A setup assistant with live display of target and actual positions allows for fast type changes and reliably prevents operating errors.
For direct unbalance correction, the K125B is equipped with two radial drilling units. These provide a universal solution for precise correction directly on the machine. The balancing software automatically calculates the required number and depth of the drillings. A digital drill depth display and an integrated extraction system ensure clean and precise removal of the identified unbalance.
