TIRA K125BHA - Horizontal balancing machine with automatic set-up process
TIRA fully automatic balancing machines offer an individually thought-out overall concept entirely according to customer requirements. In doing so, they combine precision and speed with the largest possible rotor spectrum and thus set standards in balancing technology.
The K125BHA balancing machine enables fully automated balancing with optional robot loading and offers a fully automatic set-up process for fast type changes.
In this case, the customer-specific rotor spectrum ranged from 350 mm at 7.5 kg to 1150 mm at 115 kg. In order to obtain consistently precise unbalance measurement results with this huge rotor spectrum, the wrap-around swivel belt drive provides automatic pressure adjustment during the balancing process. At the same time, this method allows maximum braking and acceleration ramps to realize the lowest cycle time specifications.
The in-house developed suction device guarantees clean machining of the rotors by two axial drills and thus enables unbalance correction directly at the machine. A special feature is the rotor shape itself, the in-house software TIRA X9000 realizes the borehole calculation for geometrically demanding component shapes with or without exclusion zones.
